"An Attitude of Gratitude" !!!!!!

This Japanese Maple Tree was planted in our front yard last year after Summer. Some
people said that it wouldn't live in that spot. Too much Sun, etc.. Kevin planted it anyway and decided to see what happened. We have "NO CONTROL" over what will be!!

This picture was taken a week ago.. The "Hallelujah chorus" is singing praises to this beautiful Japanese Maple.. It has withstood 100 degree temperatures and it is still in this spot standing and beautiful.. Yes, we have "NO CONTROL" over the elements of the Earth...

It is a testament to me that WE are not in control, only God is..

"Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by the attitude you bring to life, not so much by what happens to you as
by the way your mind looks at what happens." --Kahlil Gibran

It is a reminder that there will be those that will tell you "No Way", "Not possible", "Can't be done".. Negative emotions.. Don't listen to them... Listen to
your heart and the inspiration you feel from a God of your understanding..

YOU CAN DO IT!!! HAVE A GLORIOUS WEEKEND!!!!!

I know firsthand the benefits of having an attitude of gratitude, and better than that, practicing the attitude of gratitude in everything that I do, say, think feel and how I act! Checkout a free Gratitude E-Course at http:/www.beeblesseddaily.com, 30 Days to a Happier Heart. It works for me. Daily spiritual exercises. All comments welcome.

In times of great challenges, we can survive on gratitude. Just as the maple tree. I am sure it has made its mind up to grow where it has been planted.

I am so grateful for this wonderful post on being grateful in the sweet knowledge that it is God who is always and forever in control. It is really a very wonderful thing to know.

Thank you Caleen, and have a great Sabbath today with your family. :)
